So for the first genre of our Cummins Book Lovers Club we have crime.
Not usually being a crime reader I went for more of a cosy crime type of novel ... not really in to all the gore that I imagine most crime books have!
This was my first book, I found it reviewed in the Good Reading magazine.
Really enjoyed it, the main character has featured in three previous novels by this author. He came across as a bit of a bumbling detective at times but the "crime" wasn't solved until the end and had the unpredictability that a crime novel probably needs!!
Might try more from this author if I find one of her novels on line to buy!
